Robert is an AV-Preeminent trial lawyer focused on multi-party construction disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage issues, public entity claims, and ownership disputes. He has handled many high-value cases involving complex construction and engineering problems, with projects ranging from state-of-the-art processing facilities to high-rise hotels, to multi-family developments and custom homes. Robert is a member of the State Bar of California; he is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, and in the United States District Courts for the Central District and Northern District of California.

Robert was graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in philosophy, and received his J.D. from the University of San Fernando Valley. Academic distinctions have included two Bancroft-Whitney Hornbook Awards, and American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Corporations, Evidence, and Remedies. Robert was graduated cum laude, valedictorian, and was admitted to the bar in 1983.
